Sheila A. Hopkins has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2021. Ms. Hopkins currently serves as a director for Prestige Consumer Healthcare, where she also serves on the Compensation and Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committees. Among her executive leadership roles, Ms. Hopkins served as EVP and President, Global Vision Care for Bausch + Lomb. Prior to that, she held executive positions at Colgate-Palmolive, Procter & Gamble and Tambrands.
