(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On October 3, 2023, Janet Widmann resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Cutera, Inc. (the “Company) effective November 1, 2023. Ms. Widmann’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company, the Board, or management on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
